Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying leads, executing demand generation campaigns, and calling out to prospects.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals with experience working in a “start-up” environment, within a successful company. Experience working with technology in the clinical trial arena is a plus.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed performance metric goals
  • Qualify leads and transfer to business development
  • Input data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Take a creative and analytical approach to sales
  • Enthusiastically participate in sales meetings
  • May perform other duties as required.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ yrs of inside sales experience in a heavy outcall environment
  • Experience solution selling to a variety of buyer types from staff to C-level executives
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tremendous follow-up capabilities
